1) The act of bidding on an item constitutes acknowledgement of these aforementioned terms and conditions.
2) All items listed for auction are provided/donated by individuals and/or businesses. Unless specified, businesses and/or individuals are not affiliated with gift certificates/cards or items inlcuded in the auction and are in no way responsible for the items in the auction.
3) At the close of the auction, all bids for services and/or items become the responsibility of the winning bidder and the individual/business that provided/donated the item. After payment is received in full for the item, neither H.O.P.E Auction, Raindrop Memories, nor its volunteers are liable for the item, including, but not limited to:
a) Dissatisfaction with an item/service
b) Not receiving an item
c) receiving a damaged product
d) Failure to redeem service credit or gift certificate/card
If you have an issue with an item/service, please contact keren@raindropmemories.org. While we are not responsible for the item(s) or service(s), we will work to connect you with the individual/business
that provided the item in an effort to resolve grievances.
4) Payments will be done as direct donations to Raindrop Memories and are non-refundable.
5) Please Note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By bidding, you agree to pay the full price of your winning bid within 72 hours of the close of the auction. If your payment is not made within that time, the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder. Any payment made by the original winner after 72 hours will be considered a donation to Raindrop Memories without an item in exchange.
6) The auction is open to the public, which includes volunteers and/or organizers of the event. However, no individual will receive any special preference or discount towards any item. Items/services are only awarded to the highest bidder.
7) Raindrop Memories, its volunteers/members, the H.O.P.E. auction, and its organizers are in no way liable for actions of any individuals outside of the organization on this site. The organizers and site moderator retain the right to delete any bid or comment that is not made in accordance with the guidelines established on the auction site.
8) All bids are public, but email and contact information are not if entered correctly. We will not use your email address to contact you in any way that is unrelated to this auction or distribute it in any way. By bidding on an item, you are granting your permission for us to contact you with additional information about the item, information on what to do if you are the top bidder, and any related details (ex. payment information, shipping confirmation).
9) The action of bidding on an item constitutes acknowledgement of these aforementioned terms and conditions.
